Can I make EUR bank transfer payout to somebody else?

It is important to note that you can only make this transfer to your own personal bank account. Simple.app does not allow direct bank transfers to third-party accounts. If you need to transfer money to another person, you would first need to receive the funds into your own bank account and then initiate a transfer to the recipient's bank account using your bank or payment system.
