Why Am I Not Receiving SMS Code?

If you are not receiving the SMS code, there could be several reasons for this issue. Please check the following:

Ensure that you have entered your phone number correctly during the registration process.
Make sure your phone number is active and able to receive incoming messages.
Verify that your device has sufficient memory available to receive and store the SMS code.
Check if you are in an area with strong cellular coverage to ensure proper signal reception.

If your phone meets all the requirements mentioned above, try rebooting your device or restarting it before attempting to request the code again.
If you still do not receive the SMS code after trying the above steps, you will be able to request a call in the Simple App to get this verification code.
