Address in Profile Doesn’t Match Documents
Copy the address from your document into your profile, character by character.
How to fix
Open your profile and compare the address with what’s on your documents. They must match exactly — full street address, apartment number, spelling.
Either update your profile address to match your documents, or submit a new document that shows the address in your profile. Copy character by character from the document — don’t type from memory.
The address must match on both your identity document and proof of address.
Watch out for
- Mixing scripts — Latin in profile, Cyrillic on document (or vice versa)
- Leaving out the apartment number
- Documents from different addresses — one old, one new
