Address in Profile Doesn’t Match Your Proof of Address
Copy the address from your proof-of-address document into your profile, character by character.
How to fix
The review compares the address you typed in your profile with the address on the document you uploaded as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). Those two must match.
Either update your profile address to match that document — town, street, building, postcode — or upload a new proof-of-address document showing the address that’s already in your profile.
Don’t type from memory — copy from the document.
Watch out for
- Mixing scripts — Latin in profile, Cyrillic on the document (or the reverse)
- Leaving out the apartment number
- Documents from different addresses — one old, one new
