Document Page Missing

Upload all pages of your document — both sides for ID cards, every page for multi-page documents.

How to fix

If you’re uploading an ID card — upload both the front and the back, even if the back looks blank.

If you’re uploading a passport — upload the photo page. Some countries issue passports with data on multiple pages; upload all pages that contain personal information.

For residence permits and other multi-page documents — upload every page. Don’t skip pages that look unimportant; the review needs the full document.

Watch out for

• The back of an ID card often has a machine-readable zone (barcode or text strip) — that’s needed
• If the upload form has separate slots for front and back, don’t put the same side in both
• Scanned documents: make sure all pages made it into the file, not just the first one
