ID Uploaded as Proof of Address

How to fix

A document works if it shows your full printed address (street and building, not just city or region) and your name matches your profile. In most countries that means a bill, statement, or letter. In a few countries, an ID document works too:

• Indonesia — your KTP card. Photo and address are both on the front.
• Vietnam — your CCCD card. Photograph the side with your address on it. Older cards show it on the back, newer ones print it on the front as well. Photograph both sides if you’re not sure. A VNeID app screenshot doesn’t count.
• Czechia — the back of your ID card, the side with trvalý pobyt.
• Philippines — your PhilSys card, driver’s licence, UMID, or PhilHealth ID, whichever shows your address. A TIN ID works too, but photograph both sides. A paper PSA coupon or a screenshot of digital PhilSys doesn’t count.
• Moldova — the back of your buletin de identitate, if it has a residence stamp with a full address (street and building, not just city). No full address on the stamp? Use a bill or statement instead.

In the UAE, no ID document works. Emirates ID has no street address on it, so use a utility bill or bank statement.

Everywhere else: a utility bill, bank statement, government letter, or lease agreement with your name and current address.

A passport has no address field, so it never works.

Watch out for

• The name on the document must match your profile, not a spouse’s, parent’s, or landlord’s
• Moldova: an old residence stamp is fine. A complete address matters more than its date
• Export the PDF from your banking app. A screenshot of the app won’t pass
• All four corners visible, no blur, no cropping
