Common issues in Colombia
Wrong document for proof of address. Upload a bank statement, utility bill, or certificate of residence. Your passport or cédula proves identity, not address.
Screenshots rejected. Download the actual PDF statement from the app. Screenshots are always rejected.
Address does not match. The address on your proof of address must match your profile exactly. Check apartment number, neighborhood, and city.
Colombians abroad. If you live outside Colombia (e.g. Chile, Spain, US), your proof of address must be from your current country of residence. Use a local bank statement or utility bill.
