What passes

• A neobank or challenger bank statement from Monzo, Revolut, Wise, Zopa, or a similar app. This is the most reliable path by a wide margin.
• Downloaded as a PDF from the app, not a screenshot of the screen.
• Your name and current address on it, matching what you typed on the sign-up form.

What gets rejected

• The wrong document type. This is the single biggest cause of rejection.
• A partial address, or one that doesn’t match your sign-up form.
• An old document. There’s no fixed cutoff, but recent beats old, and enforcement is inconsistent enough that it’s not worth testing.
• A name mismatch, or a document that isn’t yours.
