Moldova: proof of address that actually gets approved
Photograph the back of your buletin de identitate — the Domiciliul page — and upload that.
What passes
- The back of the buletin de identitate, showing the Domiciliul field. You already shot this ID for the identity step, so reshoot the back. It never expires, so freshness never comes up.
- A bank certificate with an official stamp from MAIB, Victoriabank, or Paynet. Ask for a residence or account confirmation letter with your name and address, and save it as a PDF.
- Living in Transnistria? A certificate from a local bank works.
Put every document in your own name, and match the address to what you typed on the sign-up form.
What gets rejected
- A utility bill. In Moldova these often aren’t in your name, so leading with one tends to stall you.
- A screenshot of a banking app. Upload the downloaded PDF or a clear photo of the paper certificate instead.
- A document in someone else’s name. A spouse’s or parent’s bill won’t clear.
If you’ve relocated
A document from your passport country works, as long as the address on it is where you live now.
