Poland: proof of address that actually gets approved
Upload a PDF bank statement from PKO BP, Pekao, ING, Millennium, BNP Paribas, or Revolut showing your name and home address.
What passes
- A bank statement from PKO BP, Pekao, ING, Millennium, BNP Paribas, or Revolut with your name and address on it. Download the PDF from your banking app instead of photographing the screen.
- A utility payment made through your banking app works too, as long as the statement shows your name and address.
- Keep it recent, within about three months. Treat that as a guideline, not a hard cutoff.
What gets rejected
- A photo or screenshot of your banking app. Download the PDF and send that.
- A statement in someone else’s name, or with an address that doesn’t match your sign-up form.
- Waiting for a paper bill from the energy company as if it’s the only option. It rarely passes here, and a bank statement gets you through.
If you’ve relocated
A document from your passport country works, as long as the address printed on it is where you live now.
