Quickest path

International passport (biometric) + bank statement PDF from Monobank or PrivatBank.

Identity documents

• International passport (biometric) — best option.
• Internal passport (booklet) — accepted. Photo page and registration page must both be clearly visible.
• Ukrainian ID card (plastic) — accepted. Upload both sides.

Proof of address

• Bank statement PDF — recommended. Must be from the last 3 months.
• Utility bill (gas, electricity, water) — must show your name and address.
• Government letter — tax notice, pension letter, or other official correspondence.

All documents: issued within 3 months, full name and address visible, PDF format.

Monobank statement

1. Open the Monobank app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) then Statements
3. Select the last 1-3 months
4. Tap Download PDF
5. Upload the saved file directly

PrivatBank statement

1. Open Privat24 (app or web)
2. Go to Statements
3. Select your account and date range (last 1-3 months)
4. Export as PDF
5. Upload the saved file directly

Common issues in Ukraine

Screenshots rejected. A screenshot of your banking app is not a document. You need the actual PDF statement downloaded from the app.

Diia (Дiя) documents not accepted. Documents from the Diia app are not recognized. Use your original passport or a bank statement.

Name transliteration mismatch. With internal passport (Cyrillic only), automatic transliteration may not match your account name. Simpler to use international passport.

Old statements. Only documents from the last 3 months are accepted. Download a fresh one right before uploading.
